Seasonal Dockage Rates
30' Slip - $2500
35' Slip - $2700
40' Slip - $2900
Rates include electricity, water, pump out, heated pool, clean rest rooms, NEW Laundromat facility, NEW Improved fish cleaning station, and clubhouse with galley.
Dockage
Even though Whitehall Landing is a seasonal facility, we truly believe in long-term relationships. Some of our customers have been berthed here for over twenty years. Our modern 180-slip marina can accommodate power and sail up to 50' in length. NEWLY ADDED FREE Laundromat and improved Fish Cleaning Station!
The marina's pleasant relaxing atmosphere may be enjoyed while strolling its 1/2 mile of lighted lakeside boardwalk. Paved parking is provided for all slips along with power and water. A self-serve waste pump out system is also available to our customers free of charge.
About half of our docks are the floating type, with the other half being fixed docks with drive up parking in front of your slip.
The normal dockage season is April 15 - October 15, and water and electricity will be provided to all slips during that time period, weather permitting.
Payment Plan
Whitehall Landings dockage customers have enjoyed an interest free monthly payment plan for the last 15 years. Here is how it works:
• Our customers make a deposit of $400.00 on next year's dockage by August 15, they then make (9) monthly payments on the balance.
• Payments begin October 1st and continue thru June 1st of the next year.
All payments are due by the 1st of each month. A late fee of $20 will be assessed if payments are not received by the 10th.
• If customer also stores with us during the winter, the storage fee may be included in the Payment Plan.
• Any service work requested in conjunction with winter storage is not included in the payment plan and is due in full within (10) days of billing.
Our customers appreciate the fact that they do not have a large balance due all at one time, and that by the time the boating season arrives, they can put all their efforts into having fun.
