Storage

Whitehall Landing offers 35,000 square feet of secure and clean inside storage. Maintenance projects such as sanding, painting, and polishing are not allowed in the buildings in order to ensure that your boat is as clean in the spring as it was in the fall when placed in storage. Customers may board their boat while in storage in order to remove equipment or tidy up.

All outside storage is on our concrete parking areas. Sailboats stored with mast up must be on approved cradles. Jack stands are available for boats without cradles. On-site shrink wrapping and custom winter covers are available. Water and electricity are available to outside stored boats in early spring, weather permitting.

Of course, our service department is available year-round to ensure that your boat will be ready when spring returns. If you have any work that needs to be done on your boat over the winter, please feel free to request a quote from us. For those who are dockage customers, your storage fee may be included in your Dockage Payment Plan.

The winter storage season is considered over on May 31. We prctice "last out - first in" whenever possible, so please notify us at haul-out if you expect to be a late launch. Boats still in storage on June 1may be moved at the owner's expense.
